We are seeking two experienced AI Solutions Developers to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI technologies including Machine Learning (ML), Agentic AI, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is focused on building production-ready solutions, not just prototypes. You will be responsible for taking AI solutions through the entire development lifecycle, from architecture and design through testing, deployment, and operationalisation. Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement AI solutions that operate reliably in enterprise environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures and working solutions.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimisation.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to ensure solutions meet operational needs.
• Develop production-ready systems using Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
• Ensure strong documentation, auditability, and compliance across all development work.
• Manage and support change release processes within enterprise software environments.
• Identify and resolve complex technical challenges throughout development and deployment.
• Implement testing strategies to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in architecture, implementation, and documentation.

About you

• Proven experience across the full application development lifecycle: design, development, testing, implementation, and handover.
• Strong background in AI/ML development, neural networks and deep learning techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, R or Java.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms for AI deployment (specifically Azure, Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, and Foundry).
• Experience working within enterprise environments, including software delivery processes, change management and release cycles, governance and audit requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems across multiple systems, with strong technical documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
