Location: Sydney (3 days in office/week)
  
What You'll Do: 

• Design, build and optimise AI-powered solutions across the business using Microsoft Copilot Studio & Azure AI services.
• Work closely with data engineers and analytics teams to connect structured data (Snowflake) into intelligent workflows and agents.
• Help stand up the business’s AI enablement layer, connecting LLMs to real-world data and business logic.
• Build and productionise deep learning models for NLP, recommendation engines, classification and/or computer vision (depending on your strengths).
• Deploy scalable and secure pipelines across Azure – leveraging services like Azure Functions, OpenAI, Vector Search, and Foundry APIs.
• Work in tandem with analytics teams using dbt for transformations and model serving.
