👷 What you will be doing?

You will have the opportunity to shape both the product and the engineering culture. FOBOH is looking for an AI Engineer to help us build, optimize, and establish the foundations of the product. You will be working closely with the small, tight-knit engineering team to architect solutions. You will:

• Write clean, efficient and maintainable code using Python

• Conduct research and development at the intersection of Food & Beverage wholesale and technology to build new AI agents

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML features for our omni-channel order ingestion system

• Apply and innovate with RAG, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering techniques

• Build and deploy scalable AI-powered backend services

• Design, train and fine tune large language models

🛠️ What will you need to be successful?

• Strong Python skills and experience with AI frameworks (Langchain, Pandas, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Experience with vector embeddings (MongoDb)

• Familiarity with various AWS services e.g Lambda, Comprehend, Step Functions

• 2+ years of experience writing Python

• 2+ years of experience training and productionizing deep learning models

• 1+ years of experience in working with LLMs and prompting it

• Solving complex problems using design patterns

• Writing tests on day to day basis

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
