They’ve already deployed multiple production-grade Generative AI models and are now deep into their Agentic AI journey. With a strong, technically mature data science team in place, they’re looking to bring on a Senior or Lead Data Scientist to help drive the next phase of intelligent system development.

About the Role You’ll be leading the design and implementation of advanced AI solutions, working across GenAI and Agentic frameworks. The role is both strategic and hands-on, offering the chance to shape product direction, mentor others, and work on some of the most exciting AI use cases in the market.
- Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI models in production environments.
- Lead experimentation in areas like autonomous agents, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-modal AI.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate complex challenges into scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Proven commercial experience with Generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and/or Agentic AI systems.
- Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Competitive salary up to $190K + Super.
