ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid (ideally 1 day/week in Sydney, Head Office)

This is a newly created role within the AI Enablement team, supporting AI initiatives end-to-end, from when they are early ideas through to adoption and measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely curious about AI, already experimenting with it, and motivated by helping people work smarter and drive outcomes. You don't need to be a technical AI expert -but you do need to enjoy learning, improving processes, solving real problems, and helping turn ideas into outcomes, alongside some amazing talented staff in other Departments.

You'll partner across the business to support AI rollouts, embed new ways of working, and ensure benefits are realised through meaningful adoption and clear measures. This role sits at the intersection of AI, process improvement, change, and enablement -with a strong focus on delivery and impact.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Work closely with the Head of AI Enablement to help turn the AI uplift strategy into practical, visible outcomes across the business.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, AI teams, IT and Data Teams as well as staff across many different areas of our business
  • Support AI initiative activities throughout the project lifecycles including rollout activities, helping maintain momentum across multiple streams of work.
  • Get hands-on with processes — understanding how things work today, what the problem areas are and working alongside AI, IT, Business & Data teams to help design simpler, future-state workflows that thoughtfully blend AI with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) decision-making.
  • Create practical, easy-to-use enablement materials such as guides, cheat sheets, playbooks, FAQs and session materials that help people feel confident using AI.
  • Partner with the Change Lead to support readiness, adoption and transition activities.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, lifting AI understanding and encouraging new ways of working.

ABOUT YOU

You're curious, driven, and excited by the potential of AI. You enjoy asking "why do we do it this way?", love improving processes, and get satisfaction from helping people and our broader business succeed. You're comfortable learning as you go, experimenting with new ideas, and staying focused on outcomes rather than perfection.

You'll bring:

  • A genuine interest in AI
  • Experience supporting teams or stakeholders in business-facing, enablement, transformation, delivery or improvement roles.
  • Clear, confident communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience reviewing processes and problems, translating insights into practical, actionable improvements.
  • Confidence working alongside Product Owners, Technical and Delivery teams in outcome-driven environments.
  • An understanding of change approaches that support adoption, readiness and behaviour change would be beneficial.
  • Genuine interest in defining success measures and tracking benefits realisation.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying focused on value and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams, with curiosity and adaptability as your default mindset.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Good current understanding of business processes at Pickles in multiple areas
  • Exposure to AI-enabled, digital, automation or workflow initiatives.
  • Experience working in environments that combine human-led and automated processes.
