About the opportunity

The AI Value Creation Office Lead plays a critical role in ensuring RACV's AI program delivers clear, measurable value. Partnering with senior leaders across Transformation, you will provide enterprise‑wide oversight of performance tracking, benefit realisation and risk across the AI portfolio.

Working closely with the Head of AI Portfolio and Value, you will synthesise delivery insights, support informed decision‑making, and enable effective governance through the AI Steering Committee.

A core focus of the role is establishing a whole‑of‑organisation AI benefits monitoring framework, embedding accountability, transparency and continuous improvement to ensure AI delivers lasting value for RACV and its members.

A snapshot of what you'll be doing

  • Design and implement a framework to measure AI outcomes and benefits, including financial value, member outcomes and team member impact
  • Establish regular reporting and insights to track progress, optimise delivery and support continuous improvement
  • Prepare and coordinate high‑quality materials to support effective review, endorsement and decision‑making
  • Enable the AI Steering Committee to champion the AI program, approve material changes, monitor risk‑based decisions and oversee training initiatives
  • Collaborate with AI Product Owners, and peers across AI Governance and Adoption & Communications to ensure a unified, enterprise approach
  • Engage initiative owners, business units and technology partners to gather insights and drive alignment
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations and reporting for the Leadership Team and Board
  • Partner closely with the enterprise PMO to share processes, frameworks and intellectual property related to benefits definition and tracking
  • Support escalation and resolution of key risk‑based decisions in partnership with the AI Governance Council
  • Monitor program‑level risks and support proactive mitigation strategies
  • Partner with AI Product Owners to identify and secure delivery resources across the business
  • Facilitate engagement with business units and enabling teams to support both squad participation and critical enabling work
  • Proactively identify and escalate resourcing gaps to ensure timely delivery

What you'll bring

  • Strong program delivery and change leadership capability, driving transformation through influence rather than authority
  • Demonstrated experience tracking, measuring and communicating program performance and benefits to senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to partner with Product Owners and business leaders to enable effective squad‑based delivery
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills across business, technology and executive groups
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business and member value
  • Strategic thinking combined with high attention to detail and proactive risk management
  • A commitment to accountability, transparency, continuous improvement and open communication

Qualifications & experience

  • 5–10+ years' experience in project or program management, ideally within large‑scale transformation initiatives
  • Proven experience in benefit measurement and value tracking for complex programs
  • Formal qualifications in project or program management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP) highly regarded
  • Strong experience engaging with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated capability coordinating complex, multi‑stream initiatives across business, technology and data teams

There's so much on offer when you join RACV with benefits including

  • Generous discounts on home and car insurance policies and RACV roadside care
  • Great discounts across all RACV resorts
  • Discounts from corporate partners that are updated monthly.
