Job Description
The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting commercial and operational performance through intelligent use of data, analytics and emerging AI capability.
Working closely with senior leadership, revenue, marketing, finance and operations teams, as well as the Ownership Group, you will structure, interrogate and validate data across our data platform, enabling informed, timely and commercially sound decision-making.
This role extends beyond reporting, you will move past dashboards to uncover insights that drive revenue growth, guest engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Analyse large datasets using Python and SQL
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support data governance and integrity across platforms
- Contribute to AI-driven forecasting and guest insight initiatives
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
- Work across structured data layers to validate integrity and optimise data quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years in data analytics / BI / data science
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Advanced Power BI capability
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, Databricks advantageous)
- Commercial mindset with strong communication skills
