In the role of Senior Manager, Business Optimisation, you will join the PB Change Enablement team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.

You'll make an impact each day by:

• Leading the review, redesign and optimisation of business processes, operating models and governance frameworks to improve organisational effectiveness.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for automation, digital capability and AI-enabled solutions that simplify operations and improve productivity.
• Conducting business diagnostics, process assessments and workshops to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Developing process maps, operating procedures, playbooks and implementation roadmaps that support sustainable adoption of new ways of working.
• Leading the delivery and transition of optimisation initiatives into BAU, ensuring benefits are measured, embedded and sustained.

You'll bring to this role:

• Extensive experience in business transformation, strategy, consulting, continuous improvement or organisational effectiveness roles.
• Proven success delivering operating model improvements, process redesign and measurable productivity outcomes.
• Strong expertise in process architecture, process re-engineering, governance design and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience identifying and implementing automation, digital and AI-enabled solutions in complex environments.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Economics or a related discipline.
