Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and helping people build confidence with emerging technologies? We're looking for an Instructional Designer to support the development and delivery of an innovative AI and Data Literacy Microcredential Project.

Working alongside subject matter experts, educators, industry partners and the Project Lead, you'll help translate real use cases into practical, accessible and engaging learning solutions. Your creativity and technical expertise will ensure learning resources are relevant, high quality and aligned to industry and learner needs.

What you'll be doing:

Some key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Designing engaging, workplace-focused learning resources for the AI and Data Literacy microcredential project.
• Collaborating with colleagues across teams, departments and external partners to bring ideas to life.
• Embedding AI and data literacy into practical learning activities.
• Providing learning design expertise to enhance resource quality, accessibility and learner engagement.
• Reviewing and refining resources to ensure they meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to an innovative project that supports future workforce skills.

About You:

Salary Range:

PACCT Level 7 - $99,952 - $109,604 p.a + Superannuation

Part time 0.8 (30.4 hours per week) until 30 June 2027
