Job Description

Where You Can Make an Impact

Our graduate program is a 12-month journey that gives you real-world experience, hands-on learning, and exposure to industry-leading projects. You'll gain hands-on experience by shadowing senior leaders and participating in engaging chats with industry experts, providing deep insights into consulting fundamentals and the industries we serve. With structured learning, personalised mentoring, e-learning pathways, and ongoing feedback, we'll set you up for success from day one. We currently have graduate opportunities within our Data and AI Transformation team in Canberra.

Our Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) team in the Transformation practice unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights, and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including:

  • Data mapping, transformation and migration
  • Data strategy and platforms
  • Reporting and data visualisation
  • Gen AI and LLMs
  • Advanced analytics / simulations

Qualifications

To be eligible to apply you need to

  • Be an Australian citizen
  • Have completed or be completing a minimum of a bachelor's degree in either 2024 or 2025
  • Have a degree in data science, technology, engineering, mathematics field
  • Be able to commence in March 2026
