A fantastic opportunity has presented itself for a DSO Manager – AI Use Case Delivery reporting to the Executive Manager DevSecOps AI.
A bit about your role
As the DevSecOps Manager – AI Use Case Delivery, you will support a collaborative cross functional team of engineers, business analysts and data scientists to deliver AI solutions across the full IT lifecycle. You'll oversee the seamless build, deployment, security and operation of AI use cases that power both internal and commercial platforms. This role plays a key part in ensuring the performance, reliability and security of our AI systems, while nurturing a positive, purpose driven delivery culture.
You will guide the management of the DevSecOps AI use case pipeline, working closely with partners across business teams, SEO delivery and architecture to shape and prioritise meaningful AI outcomes. Your guidance will help ensure timely, high-quality delivery while maintaining operational excellence and system resilience.

You're a committed and collaborative leader with strong experience in IT across AI/ML delivery and DevSecOps. You know how to turn business needs into practical AI solutions, and you're committed to guiding teams to deliver high quality outcomes. You build supportive, empowered teams and work well with senior stakeholders. You are grounded, curious, empathetic and a clear communicator who enjoys helping others grow. You balance technical depth with strong judgement, making thoughtful decisions that support quality, security and long-term success. Most importantly, you care about creating AI solutions that have real, positive impact.
