About the role
The AI Project and Engagement Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution and delivery of Victoria Legal Aid's (VLA) AI roadmap. This position will coordinate across VLA's AI team and embedded business teams like Legal Help, Digital Service and Strategy team and intake specialists, as well as external vendors to implement innovative, responsible and technically sound AI-driven solutions that improve service delivery and enhance access to justice for all Victorians.
This position will support in driving projects across the full lifecycle including pilot's design, implementation, evaluation and full rollout, providing high-level oversight of project milestones, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and supporting regular reporting to steering committees. It will also play a key role in engagement activities across the lifecycle, from solution co-design through training, pilot participation, feedback and evaluation.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
