Join our Product Engineering team to design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI features across our customer-facing and internal systems. You’ll work with large language models, cloud platforms, and AI orchestration frameworks to deliver impactful, reliable solutions that make a real difference for our customers and our business.
The successful candidate will:
- Design, build, and maintain systems integrating generative AI into products
- Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
- Develop APIs and reusable components for AI orchestration and content moderation
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and platform teams
- Support AI feature reliability, monitoring, and incident response
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 3 years software engineering experience (.NET/C#, Python, Node.js/TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral) and Cloud (AWS preferred)
- Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and embedding pipelines
- Strong foundation in secure API design, authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT) and encryption, combined with expertise in AI system security, data privacy, and secure model deployment
- Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Agno)
- DevOps/CI-CD experience and observability tools (DataDog, Splunk, NewRelic)
- Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
