To Succeed in the role you will have:

What you’ll be doing;
- Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for data-driven applications.
- Work with large-scale datasets to build and improve predictive models.
- Build AI solutions that solve real problems. You will design and develop practical AI applications using LLMs. You will create feedback loops and human oversight processes that ensure our solutions stay accurate and valuable over time.
- Optimize and fine-tune algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning technologies.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI applications.
- Ensure model explainability, interpretability, and compliance with ethical AI practices.
- Conduct research and experiment with new methodologies to drive innovation.
- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- A genuine enthusiasm for LLM technology with proven experience working across multiple models.
- Strong experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software development best practices.
