Your Opportunity: 

Drive advanced analytics and AI initiatives that transform business challenges into innovative, data-driven solutions. This role focuses on evaluation-based design, applying AI and machine learning to deliver measurable impact while collaborating closely with stakeholders and supporting the analytics team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics & AI Expertise: Design and implement AI/ML models and analytics processes to solve complex business problems.
  • Evaluation-Based Design: Apply rigorous evaluation frameworks to ensure solutions meet accuracy, performance, and ethical standards.
  • Business Translation: Work with business leaders to translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics and AI workflows.
  • Collaboration & Guidance: Act as a senior resource within the team, providing technical insight and coaching to analysts when needed.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and analytics to keep the organisation at the forefront of industry practices.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models for business applications.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for analytics and model development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience contributing to team development and supporting junior colleagues.

Desirable Attributes

  • Passion for innovation and solving complex problems.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI principles and evaluation methodologies.
  • Ability to integrate analytics into business strategy and operations.
