The Role

Due to rapid business growth, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for energetic and passionate Data and AI Trainers to join our team in either a Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual basis. In this role, you will guide students through Lumify Learn's Data and AI Bootcamp courses, helping them build technical skills, prepare for industry certifications, and develop the confidence to succeed in the workforce.

This role is perfect for an experienced trainer or a Data/AI professional seeking more purpose in their work. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical online classes, tutorials, and assessments aligned to curriculum
• Coach and mentor students to prepare for Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AI-900, AI-102, DP-100, PL-300, and DP-900
• Support students through regular engagement, motivation, and feedback
• Use the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and other online tools to manage classes, monitor progress, and track outcomes
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in data and AI, incorporating relevant examples and updates into your training delivery
• Conduct some evening sessions (3–4 nights per week, Monday to Thursday until 7pm)

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in data & analytics, or artificial intelligence roles
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners with varying levels of technical experience
• Experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring, either in classroom or informally
• Be driven to inspire others and make complex topics accessible and engaging
