About the Role:
As a Junior AI Analyst, you’ll collaborate with multiple departments to identify high-impact AI opportunities, translate complex workflows into actionable user stories, and support the implementation of AI Agents and automation solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct workshops and interviews to uncover business pain points and AI opportunities.
- Translate requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Prototype and build low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Configure and deploy AI Agents via Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend improvements.
- Champion AI adoption through training and documentation.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in Business Analysis, Junior Development, or similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft CoPilot Studio and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of AI concepts including LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Bonus Points:
- Microsoft certifications (PL-900 or AI-900)
- Agile methodology knowledge (e.g., Scrum Product Owner)
