Job Summary:

We are seeking an Agentic Data Platform Engineer who is responsible for designing developing and deploying advanced AI agent solutions to drive innovation and operational efficiency. This role will focus on delivering agentic AI projects collaborating with cross functional teams and ensuring that AI initiatives align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI agents for automation decision-making and process optimization
• Manage end-to-end delivery of agentic AI projects from requirements gathering through deployment and postimplementation support
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI driven transformation and design agent architectures tailored to business needs
• Ensure compliance with data governance security and ethical standards in all AI projects
• Monitor performance and continuously improve agentic AI systems based on feedback and evolving business requirements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on AI agent solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience in enterprise-scale data engineering frameworks
• Deep understanding of:
  • Data ingestion patterns (batch, CDC, streaming)
  • Multi-layered data architectures (Raw, Conformed, Curated)
• Experience with cloud data platforms - AWS
• Proven experience building or extending engineering frameworks
• Strong API-first and modular design mindset
• Ability to turn standards and patterns into reusable scaffolds
• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLM-based systems
  • AI agents or workflow orchestration frameworks
• Ability to design:
  • Multi-step agent reasoning
  • Tool invocation and decision-based automation
• Experience integrating AI with enterprise systems (not just experimentation)
