It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

  • Experience in privacy, data protection, AI governance or a closely related discipline, ideally within analytics or AI‑enabled environments
  • Hands‑on experience designing and operationalising governance controls across the data and AI lifecycle (e.g. PIAs, model validation, monitoring and data quality practices)
  • Sound knowledge of privacy legislation and regulatory requirements, with awareness of emerging AI‑specific regulation
  • An understanding of corporate risk management environments, including obligations, risks and controls frameworks
  • Experience or exposure to data governance practices such as data stewardship, data quality management, metadata and lineage
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proven ability to work cross‑functionally and influence outcomes
  • The ability to translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into practical, workable governance solutions
  • AI governance expertise is highly regarded, however strong policy, framework or governance experience in a corporate setting is essential
