About the role:
As a Software Engineer at RecordPoint, you are a capable and growing professional who applies your technical skills and problem-solving ability to collaboratively develop new features and improve existing components of our SaaS product. You work across the product stack, considering the UI implications of what you build, how your work deploys into real-world environments, and the impact it has on our customers.
You will contribute to initiatives within your scrum team, helping to research, scope, design, and implement effective solutions with support and guidance from senior engineers. You will continue to build your technical judgement, communicate clearly with your team, and take ownership of well-defined areas of work from implementation through to delivery.
You will be a strong individual contributor and a collaborative teammate, bringing curiosity, care, and a continuous improvement mindset to the way we build software at RecordPoint.
