We are looking for an AI/ML Platform Manager with strong leadership experience and a solid track record building and running enterprise ML environments. You will guide the move to Azure ML, establish reliable MLOps practices, and set the standards that support scalable AI delivery across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Direct team leadership. Manage and support technical teams and build a culture focused on delivery and learning.
- AI/ML platform strategy. Shape the architecture for Azure ML and set patterns for scale and reuse.
- Cloud migration. Lead the transition from on prem ML platforms to cloud based ML services.
- Governance and compliance. Ensure strong controls for data, security, and regulatory needs.
- Cloud and automation. Use Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, containers, Terraform, and Ansible to improve reliability and automation.
- Innovation and enablement. Lift developer experience through reusable components and CI CD for ML.
- Stakeholder engagement. Communicate plans and technical direction to both technical teams and senior leaders.
- Experienced in leading AI/ML platform teams and delivering proven POCs.
- Strong hands on skills in Azure ML, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks.
- Good understanding of governance, security, and compliance in large environments.
- Able to explain complex ideas to a range of stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
