Chisholm is seeking an experienced leader for our new Digital, AI and Technology Centre of Excellence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Director Digital, AI and Technology, your key responsibilities include:

  • Transform strategy into real outcomes.
  • Lead a nation-wide effort to lift Australia's digital capability and close critical workforce gaps.
  • Drive teaching & learning excellence, ensuring high quality, industry relevant and compliant.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships across the Victorian and National TAFE Networks, industry and peak bodies, community partners, universities and Government agencies.
  • Steward the Centre's public presence, engagement strategy and collaborative co-design.
  • Ensure governance, funding and compliance support education impact.

ABOUT YOU

  • Highly motivated individual with deep experience in digital, technology and an understanding of the Vocational Education Environment.
  • Strong leader who can build trust and unify diverse stakeholders.
  • Lead collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • You are driven in improving learner success and strengthening Australia's digital workforce.

Qualifications preferred for the role:

  • Bachelor Level Qualification (Essential), preferably in Education or Information Technology
  • Certifications in project management, change management, business process design, digital transformation, and/or technology innovation
  • Post Graduate Qualification preferably in Education or Information Technology
