Join a team that's reimagining how pricing decisions are made by combining advanced analytics, artificial intelligence and real business impact. As a Specialist, Pricing & AI, you'll work alongside pricing, governance and technology teams to turn emerging AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve efficiency, insight and decision making. From building AI agents and intelligent workflows to helping teams embed AI into everyday practices, you'll play a key role in accelerating innovation across IIA Pricing while delivering meaningful outcomes for our customers and business.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or Naarm (Melbourne).

What You'll Do

• Drive the implementation of AI initiatives that improve pricing processes, decision support and commercial outcomes across the Pricing function
• Design, build and deploy AI powered pricing solutions using modern technologies including agentic AI, generative AI and machine learning.
• Partner with pricing, governance and technology stakeholders to identify, prioritise and deliver high value AI use cases.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and contribute to the Pricing Technology and AI roadmap, helping shape future capabilities
• Establish monitoring, governance and responsible AI practices that support scalable and sustainable solution delivery.
• Coach team members, share knowledge and support the adoption of AI enabled ways of working across Pricing teams

What You'll Bring

• Experience delivering AI, machine learning, analytics or automation solutions that create measurable business value.
• Strong capability in AI engineering, cloud technologies, APIs and deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Hands on experience designing AI agents, agentic workflows or generative AI applications.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for diverse stakeholders
• Curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for applying AI to solve business challenges.
• Experience with platforms such as GCP, Azure or AWS, along with modern MLOps practices, will be highly regarded
• A collaborative mindset with strong problem solving skills and a genuine desire to uplift capability across teams.
