We're looking for salespeople to spend two weeks stress-testing AI models against the work you actually do. You'll write realistic task scenarios, run them at the model, and build the rubrics other reviewers grade against.

This is a two-week pilot campaign built around AI model evaluation, task design and grading frameworks.

The point is to benchmark next-generation models by giving them complex, realistic, domain-specific work. You'll design tasks that need multi-step research, data extraction and real professional judgment, then set the criteria for scoring them.

Full-time for the duration of the contract.

• You've carried a quota and also run forecasting or pipeline review.
• Experience in more than one CRM, or migrating between them.
• Enterprise or complex multi-stakeholder deal experience.
• You've written playbooks, call frameworks or onboarding material for other reps.

• Your judgment sets the bar. The rubrics you write are what everyone else grades against.
• You'll see where frontier models actually break on work you know cold.
• Two weeks, remote, with the fee agreed before you start.

• You're engaged as an independent contractor for the length of the campaign.
• Fully remote, from any location, working in English.
• The fee is agreed before you start. We pay you directly, not through an agency.
• You won't use your employer's or your clients' data. The tasks are scenarios you author. Don't bring confidential information to this work.
• Campaigns can be extended, shortened or ended early depending on need and performance.
