Details: Digital Canberra is looking for an experienced manager to lead the Data, AI and Digital Records (DAIDR) Branch on a long-term contract, commencing from 20 May 2026, for a period of up to five years.

Reporting to the Executive Group Manager Customer, Data and Technology (CDT), the Executive Branch Manager for DAIDR is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Digital Canberra. DAIDR works with colleagues across the ACT Government and at national level to maximise the value of data and digital information safely and securely, leveraging data and information as assets to strengthen our evidence-informed policy, regulatory and service delivery capabilities, and the overall management of our public service operations.

To be successful you will have a high level of leadership and communication skills and a proven capacity to work collaboratively, build strategic relationships and experience in a complex technology service delivery environment.

Remuneration: The position attracts a remuneration package ranging from $289,335 - $298,258 depending on current superannuation arrangements of the successful applicant. This includes a cash component of $254,964.

Contract: The successful applicant will be engaged under a performance-based long-term contract for a period of up to five years. Prospective applicants should be aware that long-term engagements are tabled in the ACT Legislative Assembly.
