What you'll do

• Define and execute Keno's data science strategy and roadmap
• Deliver end-to-end insights from data through to business decisions
• Build and deploy ML models powering products and operations
• Partner with leaders to translate data into commercial outcomes
• Lead, mentor and uplift a high-performing data team

• Proven experience building ML models from concept to production
• Strong analytical thinking to solve complex, ambiguous problems
