  • Provide Level 2 support for AI-related enquiries, including advanced "how to" guidance, workflow design support and agent usage assistance within approved guardrails.
  • Track and report on AI adoption metrics, tool utilisation and training engagement across the ABC, providing insights to support prioritisation, governance and investment decisions.
  • Maintain a structured feedback channel for surfacing user-identified platform limitations, feature gaps and vendor improvement opportunities to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain self-service enablement resources, including user guides, prompt libraries, FAQs and practical use case examples relevant to ABC workflows.
  • Facilitate regular workshops, office sessions and capability clinics to support staff adoption and AI capability uplift.
  • Support teams to translate business and editorial workflows into safe, repeatable AI-assisted processes, escalating platform, operational or integration issues to the Enterprise AI Operations Lead where required outside approved enablement boundaries.
  • Identify common adoption challenges, trends and improvement opportunities, and provide insights to support platform enhancements, training content and governance discussions.
  • Assist with the transition and rollout of services from external partners by progressively taking ownership of enablement activities and knowledge resources.
  • Work collaboratively with Service Desk teams to strengthen triage processes, knowledge deflection and escalation pathways for AI-related support.
  • Promote responsible AI usage by reinforcing ABC policies, editorial standards and acceptable use guidance through all engagement activities.

About You

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in technology, communications, education or a related field, or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting digital product adoption, change enablement or capability uplift within a large or complex organisation.
  • Data literacy and the ability to interpret adoption dashboards, usage analytics and platform telemetry to derive actionable insights and report on programme effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of modern AI tools and concepts, including prompt design, agent based workflows and practical workplace applications.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI and innovation with a commitment to staying informed of emerging developments and contributing to the successful adoption of new technologies.
  • Proven experience managing incidents, problems and change processes using recognised service management methodologies and best practice.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, adapting communication styles across a range of roles and disciplines.
  • Experience developing user-focused documentation, training materials and enablement resources.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technology, policy and business teams.
  • Ability to identify patterns and trends in user behaviour and support requests and translate findings into scalable enablement improvements.
