The Opportunity
The Project Officer, AI Transformation plays a key operational role in supporting the University's Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation agenda. Working under the guidance and strategic direction of the Senior Manager, AI Transformation, the position contributes to the ongoing development, adoption and promotion of the AI Transformation agenda, including supporting management of key technology partner relationships.
The role provides hands-on support in requirements gathering, user engagement, testing, drafting communications, preparing materials, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring solutions are ethical, secure, and integrated effectively within the University's broader technology ecosystem.
The position is instrumental in ensuring AI Transformation initiatives according to the universities AI Transformation Roadmap are developed in a timely manner, and accessible to students, academics, researchers, and professional staff.
