Why this role mattersAI will play a significant role in how Stake builds products, serves customers and operates as we continue to scale. This role sits at the centre of that transformation. As an AI Engineer, you'll help shape how generative AI is embedded across Stake. You'll work on products used by hundreds of thousands of customers, while also unlocking new ways for teams across the business to move faster, make better decisions and deliver exceptional experiences.
You'll join a high-performing team with the autonomy to experiment, the ambition to tackle meaningful problems and the opportunity to see your work create real impact. From customer-facing experiences to internal AI systems, you'll help turn emerging technology into practical, scalable solutions that move the business forward.
Reporting to the Head of Data and AI, you'll partner closely with engineers, product managers and data specialists to design, build and deploy AI-powered products and platforms. You'll play a key role in defining how AI is applied at Stake and help establish the technical foundations that support our next phase of growth.
