We're looking for a curious, innovative and highly collaborative Project Lead to drive the development of a flagship AI and Data Literacy microcredential. Working alongside industry partners, AI specialists and learning experts, you'll translate emerging technology into practical workforce capability, creating something meaningful, scalable and genuinely different.

About the Role

This isn't a traditional project management role. You'll sit at the intersection of innovation, education, workforce development and emerging technology, leading a flagship initiative with the freedom to challenge conventional thinking and create meaningful outcomes.

Working alongside industry leaders, AI specialists and internal stakeholders, you'll help design practical learning solutions building workforce capability across a range of industries and sectors.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Bring a flagship AI and Data Literacy initiative to life, leading delivery from concept through to pilot and evaluation.
  • Work alongside industry partners and experts to co-design learning solutions helping organisations build confidence in the safe and responsible use of AI and data.
  • Balance creativity with delivery, ensuring project milestones, governance requirements and stakeholder expectations are successfully achieved.
  • Create opportunities for innovative thinking, facilitating discussions drawing out new ideas and practical solutions.
  • Shape what's next by evaluating outcomes and identifying opportunities for future products, pathways and workforce capability initiatives.

About You

You'll bring:

  • Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives or workforce capability programs
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills across diverse groups
  • An understanding of AI, data literacy, digital capability or emerging technology trends
  • Experience translating complex concepts into practical products, programs or solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence, engage and drive outcomes

Salary Range

Management Contract | $135,000.00 - $140,000.00 + Superannuation (Pro-Rata)
