We're looking for a motivated Software Engineer who is eager to learn and contribute to solving complex client problems through applied artificial intelligence as part of our Engineering team.
 

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in AI-powered solutions for our clients, working with modern large language models, agent systems, and cloud-native architectures. You will collaborate with experienced engineers to design and implement AI solutions using Python, TypeScript, and cloud technologies that deliver measurable business value for client organisations.

How will you make an impact?
 

• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable AI engineering solutions that solve client business problems
• Develop and maintain AI-powered features and components for client-facing applications
• Write clean, well-tested code following AI engineering best practices and team standards
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team code quality
• Work collaboratively with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Document technical solutions and contribute to client deliverables
• Learn and apply new AI technologies and frameworks to enhance solution delivery
• Support client engagements through technical implementation and troubleshooting
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI engineering processes and practices

 
The superpowers you will bring to the team: 
 

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1-3 years of software development experience
• Experience or strong interest in AI technologies, particularly large language models
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals and best practices
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Enthusiasm for learning and developing new technical skills
• Experience with Python and/or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Exposure to LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) is desirable
• Understanding of API design and integration is beneficial
• Interest in responsible AI principles and ethical technology development
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
