You will join the team as an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Specialist in Legal Technology and are given the chance to really take ownership, drive and influence. Due to an expanding team, an AI Specialist – Legal Tech & Workflow Automation role has now become available.'

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven automation solutions that enhance legal operations and case management.
  • Seamlessly integrate intelligent tools into the firm's existing systems and workflows.
  • Work closely with legal teams to identify areas where automation can streamline processes.
  • Design and support machine learning models for tasks such as document analysis and contract review.
  • Keep current with innovations and emerging trends in legal technology and artificial intelligence.
  • Promote the responsible use of AI, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.
  • Offer training and ongoing support to staff for the adoption and use of AI tools.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience applying AI, machine learning, or automation in a professional environment.
  • Solid understanding of legal workflows, document handling, and legal tech platforms.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or comparable tools.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and automation frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong awareness of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance within legal contexts.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Previous experience within legal firms or with legal technology solutions is highly desirable.
