Join RACV's Group Design Practice, a multidisciplinary design community bringing together UX, UI, product, content and service design to deliver brilliant human-centred experiences. In this role, you'll be embedded in the AI squad within our Transformation Division, helping RACV teams adopt and get value from emerging AI tools through thoughtful, intuitive design.
About the Opportunity
As our UX/UI Designer, you'll design and create intuitive, visually engaging and functional user experiences and interfaces for new and existing internal AI products used by RACV staff and Member Engagement consultants. You'll ensure these platforms deliver seamless experiences that improve productivity, reduce complexity and support business objectives, helping drive confident adoption of AI tools across the organisation.
You'll work closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, developers and business stakeholders to translate AI capabilities into user-centred solutions that deliver measurable efficiencies, while upholding RACV's design standards and accessibility requirements.
