Description and Requirements

1. Responsible for supporting and learning about ISS AI projects, eService business operations, and related channels.

2. To help the team optimize their business processes, workflows, and decision-making efficiency using AI technologies: Key tasks include assisting in the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, participating in cross-functional project deliverables (e.g., requirement alignment, testing support), and collaborating closely with local and remote teams to optimize platform functionality, improve service efficiency, and enhance user experience.

3. Creating automated processing systems: AI Data Analysts design systems that can handle large volumes of data efficiently.

4. Creating visual reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers: AI Data Analysts present insights and key performance indicators (KPIs) visually to stakeholders.
