What you'll be doing:

• Responsible for taking ownership of business-critical problems—from architecting low-latency models to designing real-time pipelines.
• Operating as a thought partner within the engineering team, contributing across the stack (Python, Javascript) and collaborating with product and design to define solutions.
• Contribute to a product-led culture, pleasantly debating trade-offs and surrounding yourself with fun, supportive, brilliant people.
• Working remotely with a remote-first team (who catch up in Aus / US when they like).

What you'll bring to the team:

• A demonstrated track record of success within high-performing, product-led engineering organizations.
• Ability to own projects and be self-directed, an autonomous problem-solver with a bias for action and communication.
• Experience working with modern languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and a willingness to become a full-stack contributor.
