The opportunity

We're hiring across multiple levels and disciplines in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane only), and we want to hear from you - whether you're just starting out, mid-career, or a seasoned leader.

At Quantium, you're not building models that get shelved. You're building systems that change how organisations operate - at scale, in production, with real-world impact. Our teams work on problems that genuinely haven't been solved before, using the latest AI and data science techniques alongside some of the sharpest minds in the industry.

We're currently accepting expressions of interest at all levels from individual contributor through to executive across three job families:

• AI & Data Science - Data scientists who build predictive models, machine learning solutions, decision engines and GenAI applications that drive real commercial outcomes for our clients.
• Engineering - Data, software and platform engineers who are architecting and building the distributed systems, data pipelines, and infrastructure that power analytics and AI products at scale.
• Consulting - Strategy and analytics consultants who translate complex data into commercial insight, build trusted client relationships and guide organisations through meaningful AI transformation.

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team

We're interested in people who bring strong technical or commercial foundations, genuine curiosity and a drive to deliver. Depending on the role and level you're interested in, you might have:

• Experience working with large, complex datasets and building analytical or data science solutions
• Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python, R, Spark or Scala
• Experience in agile delivery, product development or consulting in data-rich environments
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
