We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager (IC) to own how we position and launch Relevance AI’s enterprise-grade Agent platform. You’ll translate complex capabilities into simple, persona-specific value stories, and execute go-to-market and lifecycle programs that drive activation, usage, expansion, and renewals. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to sharpen our ICPs and differentiation, orchestrate launches, and equip customer-facing teams to win.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll craft positioning, lead go-to-market execution, and shape how customers understand and adopt AI Agents - one of the fastest-growing categories in enterprise technology.

  • Messaging & Positioning: Define and evolve our story, ICPs, and differentiation; refresh website, decks, and sales materials with crisp value propositions.

  • Go-to-Market Enablement: Lead end-to-end GTM for releases; create narratives, launch plans, and enablement collateral that equip Sales and CS to drive adoption and renewals.

  • Lifecycle & Expansion: Own post-launch programs that increase activation, usage, and upsell; amplify customer success stories; measure and report performance to inform iteration.

What We’re Looking For đŸ§ 

  • 4+ years of SaaS Product Marketing experience

  • Proven success in GTM execution, lifecycle marketing, and driving adoption across complex products.

  • Deep experience translating technical capabilities into clear, differentiated value for multiple buyer personas.

  • Strong understanding of ICPs, buyer journeys, and persona-driven messaging.

  • Exceptional storytelling, written communication, and content creation skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without authority.

  • Startup-ready mindset — self-starter, flexible, and thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Portfolio or samples required in application (e.g., messaging frameworks, launch plans, enablement assets).
