  • Prepare high-quality reporting for directors, executive leaders and the Board, including updates on pipeline health, delivery progress, risks, value and key decisions required
  • Partner with product teams to support the development of robust business cases for AI initiatives using Fortescue value standards and frameworks, ensuring benefits are measured consistently and credibly
  • Work closely with Finance Business Partners, FP&A and relevant business stakeholders to validate assumptions, inputs, baselines and calculation methods
  • Track value commitments and delivery performance against approved expectations, highlighting variances and required interventions
  • Ensure value attribution is transparent, evidence-based and aligned with finance governance requirements
  • Identify cross-program risks, issues and interdependencies, and work with stakeholders to manage them proactively.
