Job Description

Join RSP's machine learning team, where you'll blend technical development with creative problem-solving to help bring visual effects to life. You'll split your time between building and improving ML tools and workflows, and applying machine learning directly to production work — all while working closely with artists and the wider Machine Learning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and refine machine learning tools that power real visual effects work on major productions
• Bring creative and technical skills together — from data workflows to on-screen results
• Design, develop, and improve ML-driven pipelines and tools from the ground up
• Partner closely with artists to solve creative challenges with technical solutions
• Take ownership of projects, from first idea through to delivery

Skills and Experience

• Solid experience building and running machine learning solutions
• A problem-solver's mindset, with strong time management
• Comfortable in Linux (Mac/Windows a bonus)
• Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and ready to make an impact
