Group Description:

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and cloud-based AI services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and impactful AI solutions aligned with business objectives. We would expect 2-4 years professional experience.

Project Description:

  • Design and develop AI models, focusing on LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific use cases.
  • Build scalable pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance deployed AI solutions for optimal performance.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and deep learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with API integration.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and Generative AI tools.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, Google Vertex AI).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Location: Sydney or Melbourne or Brisbane
