Technical Experience

• Strong Python (async, production-grade), PyTorch, TensorFlow
• GenAI and NLP: LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
• Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems
• Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI projects

Bonus Skills

• Experience applying Generative and Agentic AI to voice recognition, digital CX automation, call deflection, or intelligent routing
• Real-time NLP, voice-to-text, and CRM or customer journey integrations
