Technical Experience
- Strong Python (async, production-grade), PyTorch, TensorFlow
- GenAI and NLP: LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Microservices, REST APIs, event-driven systems
- Hands-on experience with Generative and Agentic AI projects
Bonus Skills
- Experience applying Generative and Agentic AI to voice recognition, digital CX automation, call deflection, or intelligent routing
