What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:
- Build, train, deploy, and maintain machine learning models used in live production systems.
- Work across data preparation, feature development, modelling, and inference.
- Improve model performance through experimentation, evaluation, and iteration.
- Operate and support ML pipelines, including monitoring, debugging, and optimisation.
- Partner with engineers and product stakeholders to integrate ML outputs into customer-facing features.

- Experience delivering applied machine learning in real-world, production environments.
- Strong Python skills with an engineering-first approach and focus on maintainable code.
- Solid SQL and experience working with large, imperfect datasets.
- Understanding of backend systems, data modelling, and production software practices.
- Ability to reason about data quality, statistical trade-offs, and modelling decisions.
- Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Exposure to modern cloud-based data or ML workflows is helpful but not required.
