This is an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Engineer looking to step into a leadership role, where you'll design and deliver cutting-edge GenAI and agentic systems while building your expertise in solution architecture.
You'll work alongside our experienced team to translate complex AI concepts into practical business solutions, contributing to thought leadership and helping establish our position as market leaders. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on technical work and strategic thinking, with plenty of mentorship and growth opportunities as you develop your architectural and leadership skills.
How will you make an impact?
- Design scalable, production-grade architectures for GenAI and agentic systems that solve real business problems
- Contribute to Quantium's market positioning through innovative AI solutions that differentiate our offerings
- Support thought leadership initiatives through presentations, whitepapers, and client-facing workshops
- Focus on practical, business-driven AI implementations that deliver measurable value
- Participate in client consulting sessions, helping translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Explore emerging AI technologies and create proof-of-concept implementations
- Help establish architectural patterns and best practices for AI/LLM systems across the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Technical Foundation: 4+ years of experience designing and implementing technical solutions, with a strong understanding of system architecture principles
- AI Curiosity: Hands-on experience with AI technologies such as LLMs, embeddings, or RAG systems (recent exposure within 18-24 months preferred)
- Programming Skills: Strong coding abilities in Python and/or JavaScript, with experience in major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face)
- Communication Excellence: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Track record of building solutions that deliver business impact
- Growth Orientation: Eagerness to develop expertise in solution architecture and market positioning
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments (startup experience is a plus)
- Learning Agility: Passion for staying current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and best practices
