Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a visionary Data & AI Specialist to lead the way in embedding Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) across GHD’s Information Services landscape. This isn’t just a technical role - it’s a strategic opportunity to transform how we solve real-world problems, unlock new efficiencies and deliver measurable impact across our global operations.

In this dynamic role you will: 

• Lead the design, build, and maintenance of AI/ML models, tools, and evaluation frameworks using Azure, Fabric, and Power BI.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to build robust data pipelines and translate insights into action.
• Productionise AI/ML models using MLOps best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure responsible and ethical AI use, with well-documented and up-to-date solution patterns.
• Maintain accurate status updates for current and future work in required tools.
• Design and improve foundational infrastructure and reusable patterns for scalable AI/ML development.
