As an experienced, passionate, and engaging Senior AI Engineer, you’ll be the technical powerhouse behind next-gen AI applications and ML models that redefine how we serve millions of customers. 

From GenAI agentic systems to production-grade ML pipelines, you’ll architect, engineer, and operationalise solutions that make a real-world impact.

Importantly, you’ll collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product leaders to transform ideas into scalable, secure, and ethical AI systems. This is your chance to lead in a space where responsible AI meets bold innovation.

What will you be doing? 

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML models and GenAI applications that solve complex business challenges.
  • Build robust CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins, GitHub, Bamboo.
  • Engineer solutions leveraging LlamaIndex, LangChain, AutoGen, DSPy, and other advanced frameworks.
  • Work with big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark) for feature engineering and data processing.
  • Implement solutions on Azure ML, Synapse, and Azure AI Services.
  • Contribute to backend and frontend development (Node.js, React) and explore graph databases for innovative use cases.

Your skills & experience … 

  • Expert-level Python and mastery of ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Outstanding people skills and able to cater your language, style, and cadence to suit your audience. 
  • Deep experience with IaC tools like Terraform and Chef.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (bash, PowerShell).
  • Certifications in Azure & AWS.
  • A passion for responsible AI, scalability, and performance.
  • Advanced firsthand practical AI engineering experience as gained in complex corporate environments.
