The focus is on core consulting skills within technology domains, the Tech Advisory team is not focused on software engineering type roles.

Your opportunity

• Support senior team members in analysing client needs, facilitating workshops, and preparing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with sector and technical experts across the firm, including global teams, to deliver client outcomes.
• Assist clients in understanding root causes of business challenges, exploring potential solutions, and articulating business benefits.
• Contribute to engagement pursuits, including identifying opportunities, supporting qualification, planning, and proposal development.
• Access mentorship, ongoing learning, and career development opportunities, including the possibility of global secondments.

Your experience

• Experience communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders in a consulting engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to support all aspects of a consulting project, including preparing for and assisting with client workshops, engaging with stakeholders, preparing client deliverables and collaborating with team members
• Ability to juggle competing demands and work as a team player in a dynamic and results-based environment
• Exposure to analysis and project support in one or more of the following areas:
  • Strategy development
  • Architecture (enterprise, domain)
  • Infrastructure (hybrid cloud, sourcing)
  • Operating model design and implementation
  • IT business case
  • Technology or digital transformation program design and delivery
• Experience in Public Sector technology consulting is highly desirable
