About The Role 

TTI is currently seeking an AI Platform Engineer to design and deploy AI systems that support interoperable agents across various model vendors. 

In this role, you will also be responsible for building secure AI pipelines, architecting agent orchestration layers that abstract vendor complexities, and integrating RAG and data solutions.  

Reporting directly to the Enterprise Data Solution Architect your key responsibilities will include: 

• Architecture & Design - Define enterprise AI reference architecture, multi-agent workflows, and routing policies. 

• Platform Build & Integration - Implement agent frameworks, vendor SDKs, API gateways, and vector databases. 

• Monitoring, Evals & Governance - Implement LLMOps observability, evaluation harnesses, and guardrail services. 

• Deployment & Operations- Create CI/CD pipelines, containerize services, and enforce security best practices. 

• Security, Risk & Compliance - Apply secure-by-design principles and meet privacy requirements. 

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with cross-functional teams and deliver documentation. 

• Mentorship & Standards - Promote templates, reusability, and enforce code review practices. 

About YOU 

You will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities in order to drive innovation and support the organisation’s values of safety, commitment, integrity, respect, collaboration, accountability, and effective communication. 

Education & Experience 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field  and 8+ years in software/ML engineering, with 1+ years building LLM-driven applications. 

Technical Skills  

• Agent frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen), Integrations like MCP and A2A, model providers (Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, Anthropic etc), RAG & vector databases, LLMOps observability, DevOps & cloud (Docker, Kubernetes), APIs & integration, security & compliance, programming (Python, TypeScript). 

• 4+ years in software engineering with 1+ years in AI/ML development 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure (Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI) 

• Strong Python , Java and C#/.NET programming skills 

• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs 

• Practical experience with LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering 

• Knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar) 

• Familiarity with responsible AI practices
