Your key responsibilities- Unlock the full potential of AI in the real estate and infrastructure sectors — from automation and analytics to smarter investment decisions.
- Collaborate with EY‑Parthenon sector specialists to design AI‑powered solutions that drive impactful outcomes.
- Shape innovative, sustainable, and tech‑enabled strategies that challenge the status quo.
- Create engaging content to amplify our voice in the market.
- Educate and assist team members in implementing best practices for AI utilisation in real estate consulting.
- Stay updated on the latest AI technologies applicable to property and professional services.
- Work with management to develop AI‑driven processes that enhance client results
- Strong experience in AI, data science, or machine learning (consulting, tech, or innovation experience is a plus).
- Solid understanding of AI platforms and tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Excel AI integrations, and Zapier.
- Comprehension of business process automation concepts.
- Ability to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.
- An insatiable curiosity for how AI is transforming industries — especially in city shaping, built environment, property, and urban infrastructure.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial strategies.
