What role will you play?As a Change Manager, you will lead the delivery of change outcomes across a portfolio of Data and AI initiatives, ensuring people impacts are identified, stakeholders are engaged, and adoption activities are effectively planned and delivered. You will work closely with project teams, central functions and business representatives to deliver consistent, high‑quality change from start to finish, supporting larger or more complex programmes as required. Your focus will be on enabling readiness, driving adoption, and ensuring change is embedded into everyday ways of working.
