You will be the right-hand partner to the founding team, taking ownership of the product vision and building the organization that will bring it to life.

As the VP of Product, you won't just manage a roadmap; you will be the architect of the user experience and the leader of the team that builds it:

• Shape the Vision: Partner directly with the founders to translate their ambitious vision into a concrete, executable product strategy.
• Build Your Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class product organization, fostering a culture of design excellence and rapid execution.
• Own the Craft: While leading the team, you'll stay hands-on, guiding critical design decisions to ensure the product has impeccable taste and usability.
• Drive the Roadmap: You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, making disciplined, high-impact decisions that serve user needs and drive business growth.
• Unite the Company: Serve as the central hub for product, collaborating seamlessly with engineering, sales, and marketing to build a cohesive and powerful market presence.

• Proven B2B SaaS Expertise: You have experience building and scaling products in B2B SaaS or design-centric tool environments.
